Strategy and Finance Committee meeting - cancelled

The Strategy and Finance Committee meeting scheduled to take place on Wednesday 3 December has been cancelled as the chairman has agreed to allow its business items and reports to be included in the agenda for the Full Council meeting on Wednesday 17 December.
