Operations Manager
Full-time, 37 hours’ per week
Salary: SCP 30-33 (£39,513 - £42,708)
Lyme Regis Town Council is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic person to fill the role of operations manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the repair and day-to-day maintenance of the town council’s properties and outdoor spaces.
They will also manage the external works’ team and associated contractual relationships, manage budgets, resources, projects and change, be the lead officer for one or more council committees and be responsible for taking forward the council’s climate action plan.

Amenities’ Assistant
Salary: £13.05 per hour
Starting 1 April 2025
Permanent position with seasonal variations
April to October
Friday to Monday, various shifts between 9am and 9pm
November to March
Shift cover between 10am and 4pm (no guaranteed hours)
This role involves managing the council’s amenities’ facility in the Lister Gardens, taking payment, and issuing tickets and equipment for mini golf and table tennis
There are set hours but there may be the possibility of other shifts to cover colleague absence
