Dorset Council has received an application from South West Water to close B3165, LYME REGIS between the entrance to Lyme Bay Medical Centre and Highview, a distance of approximately 25 metres.
The closure has been requested to allow South West Water to provide new water connection.
These works are programmed to commence between 1900 and 0700 from 01 October 2024 until 07 October 2024.
South West Water will publicise the road closure in a number of ways: they will place information boards on the road in this area to inform the travelling public of the works; they will carry out a letter drop to local residents directly affected by the works; and they will sign a vehicular diversion route using the local road network.
