👉 Whether you’re struggling with work, housing, or money worries, feeling isolated, or need mental health support, our Link Workers are here to help. They will work with you to create a personalised plan, setting goals to improve your overall mental and physical health. Over a period of up to 6 sessions (within a year), you’ll tackle issues like social isolation, anxiety, mild to moderate mental health concerns, managing long-term conditions, emotional wellbeing, and much more.
👉 The service is all about helping you take charge of your health, build confidence, and make positive life changes—without the need for clinical intervention.
